Dear Sirs,

Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you have provided. I tried to source the part from my local plumbing merchant, he didnt have it in stock but promised it for Friday 9.15am. When i went to collect it at 12.00 i was told it hadn't arrived and the soonest they could get it would be Tuesday!

So i placed an order with your companyat 12.45 Friday afternoon and the part was delivered at 9.15 Saturday morning .

The part was fitted by 10.00 and the boiler back in service.
