You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN A SELLABLE CONDITION, ANY ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGE OR DEFACED AS A RESULT OF INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING MAY BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING CHARGE.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Cancelled orders/Unwanted Goods
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. The return can be arranged by the customer, alternatively we can book our courier to return the goods but as before, all liability for the return of the goods in good condition remains with the customer. Once the item has been received and found to be in good condition you will be refunded its cost in full. However you will be charged the cost of the return if you require us to arrange the collection and the original delivery cost cannot be refunded.
Please be aware in some cases a restocking or handling charge may be applied.
Exceptions – Boiler Spares, Grant, Worcester, Riello, Danfoss due to the nature of these items these goods cannot be returned.
