Q. I have forgotton my password and requested it to be resent, i copied and pasted the new password from the email but it has not accepted it when i try to log in?

A. When you use copy and paste check you are only coping the password we find in some cases an extra space at the end of the password has been copied hence why the password has not been reconised, if your unsure once you have pasted the password into the logon screen try backspacing the last character on the password.

Q. How can i find products quickly?

A. We do have a search box in the top right hand corner of the page, if you know the part number or some of the product information try typing that into the box it should give you the results you require.

Q. I live in Jersey but when i place an order it still comes up with the vat added to the order?

A. If you are placing an order form the channel islands or other countries outside the eu try adding the product to your cart then you have the option to "calculate shipping or edit cart" from here click on "choose the delivery method" change your country note: you'll find Jersey and Guernsey under this banner also. once you have done this click on "estimate shipping & tax" this will now deduct the vat where applicable.

Q. How long does free delivery take?

A. Free delivery will usually be delivered by one of two options Royal Mail 24 (which is the equivalent of Royal Mail 1st class or for large/heavy items Parcel Force 48. More information can be found on out delivery information page, click on the delivery van below:
