What Delivery service do I require ?

Standard delivery- non urgent

Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded (Signed For) – Orders Despatched Monday to Friday, orders placed before 2.30pm will be despatched same day. Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day but this is not guaranteed and can take several working days.

Please note that is not a fully tracked service. This service provides you with confirmation of delivery.

We recommend this service for small items which are not required urgently and do not require tracking.

Should you wish add some delivery instructions for example “please leave in shed” Add these to the order comments, they will be visible on the delivery label.

Trackable/High value Fast Deliveries

Parcel Force Express 48 – Orders despatched Monday to Friday, Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched same day. Delivery Days Monday to Friday only, see below~

Parcel Force will notify you by email on the status of your delivery they also provide you with a full tracking service should you wish to check on the progress of your delivery.

We recommend this service for large/heavy high value items, which are required within 48 hours* and are available to be tracked.*this timescale will depend on time of placing order.

Urgent Next Day Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day 1pm – Orders despatched Monday to Friday, Orders placed before 4pm will be despatched same day.

Royal Mail Guarantee to deliver your parcel next working day before 1pm, Deliveries must be signed for.  

Online tracking is available for this service.

We recommend you use this service for urgent next day deliveries or high value goods.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday – Orders despatched on a Friday before 4pm.

Royal Mail Guarantee to deliver your parcel on Saturday before 1pm, Deliveries must be signed for.

Direct Delivery

On some occassions your order will be despatched direct from the manufacturer or supplier, Products using this method usually have this information in the product description. Orders being delivered direct from the manufacturer or supplier will use there own carrier or transport. All orders must be signed for on delivery.
